since we are finally sort of settled into our new house, we have decided to try and get back to "normal." our yard will be completely fenced in soon, and with that, the wild beasts will return to our fold :-) grandpa brought joey b. over the other day; she was confused. she seemed to recognize all of our stuff, but the whole new house threw her off. we gave her a treat, and she ran upstairs with it and ran back down without it... so i'm sure that we will find it someday. my mom is also pretty ready to send penny and mattie a'packin'! this weekend we are going to reinstate 'pancake sunday.' c is pretty psyched about this :-) we may also go to our local zoo tomorrow- kind of to make it up to rhys for last weekend's cleveland zoo inferno trip. yeah, okay, and we love the zoo :-)
this evening we met our friends, sue and patrice out for dinner. (thank you sooo much for the adorable outfit! i am so gonna get a pair of madra shorts to match his :-) )
