we are finally ready to have the wild beasts join us in our new home. we had to get the yard completely fenced in before the doggies could come home. tonight grandpa jim brought joey b. home and dog-proofed the rest of the yard with lattice. joey b. was thrilled to be home; so much that she JUMPED INTO THE POOL!!! yes, the pool that is not even ready. the pool that still has the winter cover on it. the pool that has murky leaves and gunk on the top. and she loved it. and now she is a hot mess. so c is going to bathe her in all her dog glory.
c also had to figure out a way to not allow joey to even get up to jump into the pool... thus, her ingenius use of a garbage can and dog play-yard. yeah, we are calling the fencing guy tomorrow to put up a pool gate.

LOL... I can't believe she jumped in the pool! I just love that picture... so cute!
