we had such a lovely day today... well, after i mowed the lawn, that is. c has a throat/cough thing going on, so she came home from work early. her and the boy took a nippy nap, so i decided to mow the lawn. when i finished, we all donned our bathing suits and went for a dip in the pool. it was tres delightful! we used an umbrella to cover pieces, and he was so relaxed that he fell asleep in his raft.
afterwards, we had a few errands to run and then we headed to the arts festival. we ran into some friends and sampled many yummies. it was a beautiful day to enjoy a festival! sweet pieces was eyeing up all the goodies... but he has a treat coming his way tomorrow... in the form of sweet potatoes!!!

we got in a little late, according to piece time. usually he has his cereal between 7:30-8:00 and is in bed almost immediately after. we got in a little after 8, thus throwing his schedule off... and his schedule is so that if you mess with the piece, the piece messes with you... and here it is almost 10 p.m., and he is still awake. nice.
