opa!!!

oh what a day it has been! today we started the boy on three solid meals per day (cereal in the a.m., veggie at lunch and cereal before bed). of course he still nurses and has bottles between those times. today he was introduced to carrots. i know that i need not say it, but he LOVED them! he is hysterical to feed. he starts shaking and screeching loudly. very loudly.

tonight we went to our local greek fest with auntie tim, hot toddy and chrissie. yum! we feasted on pastitsio and cheese pie and yogurt cake and baklava. oh joy to the greek gods!!! it was mega-packed, so we really didn't get a chance to walk around the entire circumference, but i guess that's good- because at the other side of the festival there was baklava sundaes. yes, people- BAKLAVA SUNDAES. i can only imagine... ;-) mayhaps we will have to venture back to the festival tomorrow ;-)

finally, the boy has been doing this odd little thing- he takes his pacifier out of his mouth, and then promply puts it back into his mouth. upside down. and then he gets upset. go figure.
