of flowers and bubbles and birthdays!

today when c got home from work, she presented me with a whimsical bouquet o'daisies... to 'kick off celebrating my birthday week.' we, meaning she, has been trying to get me to decide what to do for the "big" day. so far, the list consists of: a) buffalo/niagara falls, b) pittsburgh zoo, c) going out for dinner here, d) her cooking me dinner or e) none of the above. she is also trying to figure out what type of giftie i would like. the thing is, i don't really want or need anything. she keeps trying to get me to say that i want a new grill- but i think that she wants me to have a new (big) grill ;-)

after dinner for the past few evenings, the boy has been bubble watching. it's fun to watch him follow the bubbles around... :-)
