whirlwind

well, it's the eve before bamboozle's due date. we have a dr.'s appt. in the a.m., and if c's fluid is any lower, the midwives informed us that we may have to help him move along. c is none-too-pleased about a possible induction, but i think that she has finally accepted it. so, paired with the 'usual' natural remedies (raspberry tea, ginger, spicy food, evening primrose, walking), we have added packing. it is obviously not going down as a surefire way to bring on contractions, cause c seems to be feeling just fine. bamboozle is one stubborn kid, i tell ya!

the good thing about all the packing that we got done is that we won't have to spend the time doing it once he does finally decide to arrive. the poor pooches seem all disheveled with the happenings and what not. we are, however, trying to be organized, neat and clean as we pack.

as for the inspection on our current house- it wasn't bad at all. some electrical stuff, that is more than likely covered under the warranty that we purchased, two cracked windows need fixed, something on the chimney needs screwed in and a handle on the upstairs shower needs replaced. delicious. our offer on our new house has been accepted and we are so excited about that! it's a great neighborhood to raise bamboozle, and, although the timing of this whole thing isn't optimal, we know that everything happens for a reason, and we are looking forward to this next chapter in our lives.
