we are well on our way to buying our new house. the seller filled out the disclosure and will drop all of the signed documents off to our realtor tomorrow. he agreed to all of our contingencies, so we are one step closer to home.
we are still awaiting the results of the inspection of our current house- the radon box was just picked up today, so hopefully we should know something tomorrow :-) we are so hopeful and excited :-)
