hippity-hop!

since it was such a beautiful day today, we broke out the baby wrap and took the boy to the mall to get his picture taken with the easter bunny. he was pretty chill getting ready and during our entire jaunt today...

we are going to free his stroller out of the storage unit today :-)

how sweet today was... with a bit of sour. we are not closing on our house as scheduled because our buyer's are not closing as scheduled. it seems as though they have some hiccup in their financing... but now our amazing broker is involved, so hopefully she will make magic happen. i believe.
