all hallow's eve 2011

the girls have been pretty mobile for a few weeks now. lately, they have decided to be daredevils and pull themselves up onto anything. sometimes this results into a face/forehead/rear end plant, but they are learning and getting stronger. word on the street is that each little girl has been seen cruising a few steps while holding onto the couch/table/learning block. today, on the eve before halloween, they both decided to kick it up a notch...

lyncoln has discovered the stairs. i guess this means that the baby gates that we have strategiacally planted throughout the house actually have to be used now...




not to be outdone by her sister, quinnie decided to kick it up a notch and try to scale her brother's stepstool. you know, the one that is on the hard tile bathroom floor!




alas, at the end of the day, our little stinkers are as sweet as they come... and i can't wait to spend the girls' first halloween together tomorrow :-)
