mr. chomper goes to wine fest!

when c picked up mr. chicken from daycare today, one of his teachers remarked about how he was "working on four teeth." we figured she meant that he had his 2 front bottom teeth all the way out and that his 2 front top teeth just cut through... which would make 4 teeth altogether. wrong. after inspecting his little snaggletooth smile today, c exclaimed to me that his teacher actually really did mean that he was working on 4 teeth... it seems as though, in addition to mr. chicken's two front incisors, his top 2 lateral incisors are about to cut through (they are white buds right now). this means that chicken has almost 6 teeth!!!

this discovery was made while c brought chicken to visit my classroom. the kids LOVED him! and he loved being there. i'm not sure if he loved it because of the company or because of the inside of a doughnut that c allowed him to sample... ;-)

after dinner (us pork nachos, him apple chicken compote- chicken's first time eating chicken!!!), we went to the north east wine fest. it was a beautiful evening and we had a grand time. chicken also got to sample pizza (dough) for the first time. he LOVED it!!!
