today you are 28 weeks old. wow.
yesterday you took your first creepy crawlies. it's only a matter of time until you are proficient at this crawling thing... then we had better watch out ;-)
this past weekend found you doing a bit of travelling, mayhaps preparing you for your first airplane ride on thursday. you and mama c are going to visit moo-moo and poppa for a few days. i miss you so so much already, chicken.
to celebrate your 28 week birthday, you had a physical this morning. i'm sorry that i missed it, chicken :-( but mama c gave me the report: you are 19.07 lbs and 27" long. you are such a growing boy! the good dr. also said that you are working on your top teeth... that would explain alot ;-)
the reason for your physical was not to get your next set of vaccines. nor was it because you are sick. one week from today you will be joining the ranks of daycare. mama c and i have been trying to prepare by labelling your things... but i know that there is no possible way for us to prepare mentally... my heart is breaking just thinking of you being there and us not :-(
you are such a funny boy. one of your new things is to just squeal with delight. at. the. top. of. your. lungs. and how you love it when mama c and i echo you :-)
you are such a darling boy. we are so honored to be your mama's...
