the plunge.

well. we did it. and by "it", i mean we. bought. a. minivan. ouch. i swore that i would never be one of "those" people. and now, here we are, basking in the glory of third row seating, heated leather seats and our impending 11.5" dvd player/car starter/bluetooth. owning a minivan has never been so chic ;-)

this past weekend also found us participating in our first 10k. granted, we walked the entire thing, but the important part is that we finished it- butt burner hill included! chicken relaxed in his stroller quite nicely the entire time. this was great news, considering that teeth #9 & 10 are coming in and causing our sweet boy to be, uh, less-than-sweet.

speaking of our boy and our minivan, chicken is now forward-facing. he loves it. he enjoys being able to see the world pass by him.
