gobble gobble!

well, another thanksgiving and black friday is in the books! c and i hosted thanksgiving dinner yesterday for my mom and brother, because my aunt, who usually cooks, was in the hospital recuperating from a triple bypass. she is doing very well, and, to celebrate black friday, she came home today :)

c and i love black friday. we go out every year. this year, we really didn't have anything to get, but we HAD to go, if only for the sake of tradition. our friend picked up a 50" tv for us, and, beginning around 8:30 p.m. lastnight, we shopped. we got home around 11:30 p.m., slept until 4:30 a.m., and was back out until around 10 a.m.. this evening, we went out for a few odds and ends, and pretty much wrapped the major stuff up.

when we should have been napping today, c and rhys busied themselves by marth may-whovier-ing up our front yard while the girls and i watched frosty a few times.
