catching up...

sweet mother of pearl, it feels like i haven't blogged in forever... it's not because of lack of topics, but rather lack of time. these little kiddos are certainly keeping us on our toes- and we wouldn't have it any other way!

this past wednesday, the girlios got tubes in their ears. i was relieved that they were finally getting them, but a bit wigged out over the whole anesthesia and breathing part. turns out everything went perfectly fine :-)when rhys got his tubes, the criteria was something like 3 ear infections in 6 months. he, of course, hit that, but the girls had him beat... they had at least 6 in 2.5 months. poor girls. hopefully now they will feel so much better.



quinnie continues to practice her walking. she is getting better and better everyday. lynci, who usually follows about two weeks later, is practicing standing up unassisted, so we think that she will be on the go soon. the sweetest thing ever is when she claps for her sister while she walks.





lync has become quite the chatterbox. her favorite 'word' is 'mama.' both girls are also quite fond of, 'uh-oh!' and there are many opportunities for them to practice that one :-)




the girls had another ei review. they hit all of their goals, and then some. i am beyond proud of them. they are true miracles, and they continue to make me believe every single day :-)

mr. rhys is gearing up to become a 3-year old. our days of having one 2-year old and two 1-year olds are numbered... sigh. where does the time go?!
