today, my darlings, you are seven months old. seven months ago the world rejoiced with an unbelievable celebration of love at the exact moments that you both entered the world... and our lives were forever changed.
mommy and i cannot believe how fast the time is flying... and how big and strong you girls are getting. we are beyond proud of you both.
lynci, yesterday during one of your crying fits, you produced the 'mama' sound. tonight, you did it again. i know that there isn't a correspondence of knowing yet, but it still made me smile. you are getting to be such a big girl! at bath time tonight, you weighed in at 12 lbs 9 oz. that is 11 lbs 2 oz bigger than your birth weight! you are such a good eater! you are also a tummy-to-back rolling machine! you do it so effortlessly and look at us like we are nuts when we clap and cheer. you are such a smiley, easy baby. happy 7 months, lynci stix!
quinnie, you are our charmer. when you smile with those eyes, it's enough to melt the coldest of hearts. you are quite a squawker, and it is pure joy listening to you babble. at bath time tonight, you weighed in at 13 lbs 10.5 oz. that is 11 lbs 11.5 oz bigger than your birth weight! to say that you are a good eater wouldn't quite be the truth... you like to eat when you want to eat. schedules? who needs 'em? you are learning to sit up unassisted and you love to cuddle! you light up our lives, quinnie j!
you are both the absolute definition of love. unconditionally.
