wednesday was chicken's actual birthday. c took cuppycakes in for his class to celebrate with, but, in true chicken fashion, his teacher called c as she was on her way to his daycare to take pics and told her that he woke up with a 103 temp. party cancelled.
yesterday morning c took him to the ent doctor, and he was diagnosed with tonsillitis and an adenoid infection. unreal. so today c and chicken stayed home again and chicken has been taking his antibiotic, paired with a delicious dose of ibuprofen, and his temp is lingering around 100-101. whew!
tomorrow is chicken's second first birthday party. c and i just got done decorating... now, all that is left to do is pick up his amazing cake lady birthday cake tomorrow and get ready to have some fun!!!
